PURPOSE: To provide a device which can hold and move a plurality of plate-like members at a time.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of holders 2 are provided on both sides of a frame 1. The holder 2 is provided with an inserting part 7 and a groove part 7a. A sphere 9 is movably provided in the groove part 7a. A lock releasing means 3 is provided over the groove part 7a. Hereby plate-like members 6 can enter the inserting part 7 while pushing up the sphere 9, and by lifting the frame 1 the plate-like members 6 are fixed to the holder 2 by being locked with the sphere 9. At releasing fixing, a lock releasing shaft 16 provided in the lock releasing means 3 is pushed in, the sphere 9 is attracted to a magnet 12 provided on the lower end part of the lock releasing shaft 16, and hence fixing of the plate-like members 6 is released.
