Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a function of preventing local settlement/deformation in a heat insulation backing material even when the tightening force by a fixing piece is applied.
SOLUTION: A holding member for an external facing material of a building comprises a fixing part 2 to be abutted on an upper side edge part on a surface of a heat insulation backing material (a), an engagement piece 4 to be engaged with engagement edge parts c1, c2 of external facings material (c), and a leg part 1 to be abutted on a surface of a building body (b). The pressing force to be generated in fixing the fixing part 2 to the building body (b) through a fixing piece (f) is received by the leg part 1 to prevent settlement/deformation of a surface of the heat insulation backing material (a).
