To provide a surgery access port which accepts tissue incision and a body surface state and adapts to a state to be changed in a surgery region, and also to provide a usage method thereof.

The surgery access port 100 includes a cylindrical member 110. The cylindrical member 110 includes a proximal end part 110a which regulates a longitudinal axis A1 and is regulated by a pair of rims. The paired rims are substantially directed by traverse with respect to the longitudinal axis A1. Lumens (at least one) 120 are extended from the proximal end part of the cylindrical member 110 to the distal end part. The lumens 120 are substantially in parallel with the longitudinal axis. A sealing member 130 includes a proximal end part 130a and a distal end part 130b. The proximal end part 130a and the distal end part 130b have opposing openings. The sealing member 130 is arranged on the outside of the cylindrical member 110. The opening in the proximal end part 130a of the sealing member 130 is brought into contact with the proximal end part 110a of the cylindrical member 110.
