Projections 15a-15c internally in contact with a circle A12 and projections 14a-14c internally in contact with a circle B13 are provided on a holding plate to hold the annular fluorescent lamp, three annular fluorescent lamps different in diameter are mounted on a flat plate 10 so that the lamps are held by the projections internally in contact with the circles A12 and B13 different in diameter, and one projection is brought into contact with the annular fluorescent lamp at four points. The holding force is increased thereby, and more annular fluorescent lamps than those in a conventional practice can be held with less packaging materials by mounting three annular fluorescent lamps different in diameter on one flat plate 10.
