To provide holding structure of acoustic components by which miniaturization and thickness reduction of a digital camera is attained, with successful assembly workability and without restricting arrangement of the acoustic components.
A speaker 50 is held by a holding member 2 having vibration proof property. A mounting hole slightly smaller than outer diameter of a cylindrical part 2a is formed on a circuit board 7 arranged by approximating the inside of an exterior cover 30 and the holding member 2 which holds the speaker 50 is fixed to the circuit board 7 by tightly engaged into it. A pressurization member 220 having elasticity is arranged between a circuit board 6 arranged in parallel with the circuit board 7 and the bottom of the speaker. The pressurization member 220 is arranged by being compressed so that its volume becomes smaller, and the speaker 50 is held by being pressurized in the direction of the circuit board 7. Consequently, the speaker 50 does not drop from the holding member 2 by a shock, etc.
