To improve holding force of a piping, and improve noise insulating and vibration isolating effect of a holding tool by abutting and engaging engaging pieces, wherein a part of a piping is embedded and inserted into a fixing main body for mounting the piping and which are protruded from the fixing main body, against the surface of a pull-out direction of the piping.
A holding tool 10 is composed of a fixing main body 13, provided with a piping recessed part 12 for mounting a piping 11, and an engaging main body 14, wherein a part is buried and inserted into the fixing main body 13 and the piping 11 is engaged and fixed. The fixing main body 13 is formed of an elastomer of a soft elastic material. The engaging main body 14 consists of a base part 15 and sic engaging pieces 16 which protrude from the fixing main body 13. These engaging pieces are protruded from the base part 15 to the outside at a position via a wall thickness 21, its tip end is folded in the piping recessed part 12 direction to form a crochet needle shape. In each engaging piece 16 of the engaging main body 14, its tip end is abutted engaging against the surface of the pull-out direction of the piping 11.
