To obtain a hole blocking structure of structural members for a construction, which requires a smaller number of parts for blocking through-holes, thus economical, and facilitates the operations of fitting and removing the parts for blocking the through-holes.

The through-holes 28 are formed on respective lower wall plates 24 of bridge girders 21, 22, where the through-holes 28 penetrate the wall plate 24 from the inside to the outside of the girder. Blocking plates 41 each having an area larger than that of the through-hole 28 are arranged in a position to block the through-holes 28 from the inner side across each lower plate 24 of the bridge girders 21, 22. On the inner side across the lower wall plate 24, first face fasteners 43 are arranged on the surrounding of the through-holes 28 and fixed there, and second face fasteners 42 are fitted on the faces, which face the lower wall plate, of the blocking plates 41 and are coupled to the first face fasteners 43 so as to couple with or removed from them freely.
