The hole drilling tool 1 comprises a cutting edge 36 extending to the base end side from the tool tip side, and a recess-projection is imparted along the extension direction of both to a margin part 37 extending along the cutting edge 36 on the rear side in the cutting edge 36 and tool rotating direction. Thus, when forming the drilling hole, the hole drilling tool 1 is rotatingly driven around the axis, and is moved along the axis, and is inserted into a prepared hole formed in a drilling object, to thereby provide the drilling hole of forming a recess-projection corresponding to the recess-projection of the cutting edge 36 and the margin part 37 on an inner peripheral surface.
