Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hole-filling ink of ultraviolet-curing type for producing a printed wiring board with a through hole excellent in protecting action of a through hole edge part during etching, capable of preventing swell and bursting of an ink cured material and keeping the ink cured material from becoming a porous foam during curing with ultraviolet light.
SOLUTION: This ink comprises 1-90wt.% of a reaction product obtained by reacting a rosin having ≥150 acid value with an ethylenic unsaturated monomer containing only one epoxy group in the molecule and 0.01-20wt.% of a photopolymerization catalyst. Curing properties are improved and uniform curing is made possible by using the reaction product obtained by introducing the ethylenic unsaturated group to the rosin.
