Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality hollow cellulose fiber yarn excellent in light weight and hygroscopic property and capable of resolving generation of fuzz or fibril and fiber strength reduction under wet.SOLUTION: There is provided a hollow cellulose fiber yarn which is a multifilament mainly containing cellulose and satisfies following (1) to (4). (1) each single fiber constituting the multifilament has a hollow part with hollow percentage of 10 o 40% consecutively in a fiber longitudinal axis direction. (2) tensile strength of the multifilament during wet is 1 cN/dtex or more. (3) tensile elongation of the multifilament during wet is 10% or more. (4) diameter of each single fiber constituting the multifilament is 5 to 20 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
