Abstract:
PURPOSE: To remove a driven roller easily from the opening part of a fit-in groove at the time of removing the driven roller from a supporting bracket by providing the fit-in groove opened upward on the opposite side to a driving roller in relation to a line vertical to a line connecting the axis of the driving roller to the axis of the driven roller, and fitting a supporting shaft removably into the fit-in groove.
CONSTITUTION: In order to mount a driving shaft 671 and a bearing sleeve 71 to a supporting bracket 72, the other end part of the driving shaft 671 is fitted into a fit-in groove 721 from above the supporting bracket 72, and while fitting the bearing sleeve 71 into the driving shaft 671 from the other end of the driving shaft 671, two plane parts 713, 714 formed at a bearing cylinder part 711 are adjusted to the walls 722, 723 of the fit-in groove 721 and fitted into the outer side face of the supporting bracket 72, and a snap ring is mounted on a groove formed at the other end outer periphery of the driving shaft 671 for fitting. The plane part 683a of a supporting shaft 681 is adjusted to one of the walls 742a, 743a forming a fit-in groove 74a, provided at a supporting bracket 74a, so as to fit both end parts of the supporting shaft 681 into the fit-in groove 74a.
