PURPOSE: To remove the clogging of hollow fiber membranes by providing a filtrate back flow tank for allowing a filtrate to flow backward to a hollow fiber membrane module for a definite time by utilizing air pressure on the way of a filtrate line supplying the filtrate filtered by the hollow fiber membrane module wherein hollow fiber membranes are received in a container to the outside of the container.
CONSTITUTION: A filtrate back flow tank 2 for allowing a filtrate to flow backward to a hollow fiber membrane module 1 for a definite time by utilizing air pressure is provided on the way of a filtrate line 24 supplying the filtrate filtered by the hollow fiber membrane module 1 wherein hollow fiber membranes a received in a container to the outside of the container. As a result, the hollow fiber membrane module capable of continuously filtering a liquid containing fine particle or a suspended substance and removing the clogging of hollow fiber membranes by periodic backwashing can be obtained.
