Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase mold reproducibility of a molded shape of a fibrous substance such as Japanese paper, and pulp, molding freedom of a forming mold, and productivity of a molded body.SOLUTION: A multi-layered structure is constituted by three molds consisting of a hollow forming mold having a lot of suction holes, a suction mold for sucking the inside of the forming mold, and a forming mold-subsidiary mold for protecting the forming mold from suction pressure. The hollow forming mold having a lot of suction holes is made by a lamination forming method such as a powder sintering lamination forming method, and a photo-fabrication method. The suction mold is made by a lamination forming method such as a powder sintering lamination forming method, and a photo-fabrication method, or by a traditional cutting work. The forming mold-subsidiary mold is made from stainless punching metal. A production method to increase productivity of molded bodies includes: attaching half-dried molded bodies removed from a forming mold to many fairing drying molds made from an inexpensive material such as gypsum, metal, and wood; fairing; and completely drying.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
