To provide a hollow molded article which is sufficiently strong in the joining section of half-formed members, is free from problems in injection and resin selection, which often result in higher complexity of a molding step in joining, and further allows a low cost molding.

The molded article consists of first and second half-formed members (A1, A2) and a third half-formed member (B). The half-formed members (A1, A2) respectively have, first and second joint edges (a, a) on a parting plane along longitudinal direction and first and second terminal joint edges (a, a) on a parting plane along lateral direction; provided both parting planes are to divide a hollow molded article (C). The third half-formed member(B) has a third joint edge (b) on a parting plane along longitudinal direction to divide the hollow molded article. The hollow molded article (C) is composed by joining the first and second joint edges (a, a) and the third joint edge (b) each other, and joining the first and second terminal joint edges (a, a) mutually.
