Abstract:
To provide a hollow protrusion tool manufacturing method that can supply an agent to a desired region with pinpoint accuracy.SOLUTION: A hollow protrusion tool manufacturing method has an opening forming process for forming an opening 8 to penetrate through a sidewall 31 of a hollow protrusion part 3 by non-contact type opening means 6A in the hollow protrusion part 3, the hollow protrusion tool including a hollow protrusion part. The hollow protrusion tool manufacturing method comprises: a sheet lamination step of forming a laminated sheet 4 by laminating a base material sheet 20 and a forming auxiliary sheet 21 being higher than the base material sheet 20 in an absorption factor of energy applied by the opening means 6A; a protrusion forming step of bringing a convex shape part 51 into abutment with the laminated sheet 4 from the forming auxiliary sheet 21 side, and piercing the convex shape part 51 into the laminated sheet 4 toward the base material sheet 20 side; a release step of pulling up the convex shape part 51 from the laminated sheet 4, and forming a hollow protrusion part 3; and a separation step of separating the hollow protrusion part 3 with the opening 8 formed therein from the forming auxiliary sheet 21.
