Abstract:
PURPOSE: To manufacture a part with central hole for press-fitting on a hollow shaft and comprising a main body to define the outer contour and a thin cover made of a wear resistant elastic material at low cost and matching the purpose of use.
CONSTITUTION: A cover 3 is fit on the periphery face of at least one main body 2 with four separate parts 4 by hydraulic expansion. The cover 3 acts for friction coupling transmitted to the hollow shaft via the main body 2 by membrane tension generated at the cover 3 by the hydraulic expansion.
