Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail a construction cost of reinforcing bar arrangement work in a hollow slab method and to shorten the process of works by having a U-shaped bar-arrangement joint for extending distribution bars in a U-shape.
SOLUTION: Reinforcing bar arrangement sets 10 monolithically constituted of distribution bars 1 obliquing while inverting alternately phases up and down in the direction of the axis in each of hollow pieces while bending one reinforcing bar in the shape of a rectangle to wind up, upper end bars 2 and lower end bars 3 horizontally arranged on the upper surface and lower surface of the distribution bars 1, vertical reinforcements 4 for connecting and fixing the upper end bars 2 and lower end bars 3 and the hollow pipes 5 inserted into hollow sections SA, SB... except both ends sa and sb in the direction bars 1 divided by the vertical reinforcements 4 to fix are conveyed to a construction field by cars. By the constitution, a required number of sets are arranged through a common joint only by projecting both ends sa and sb alternately on a slab form in the construction field to simplify bar arrangement work by one effort.
