To provide a home electric appliance housing case which is compact by dispensing with heat prevention for radiant heat generated from a home electric appliance in the home electric appliance housing case which enables the home electric appliance to be used as it remains housed.
This home electric appliance housing case includes a home electric appliance housing section 2 for housing the home electric appliance 4, of which the front surface is opened and which is incorporated in a cabinet 1. A power feeding means 6 which feeds power to the home electric appliance 4 is provided on the home electric appliance housing section 2, and at the same time, a home electric appliance housing shelf 3 which can be pulled out forward while the home electric appliance 4 is mounted is provided. This home electric appliance housing case is constituted in such a manner that the power feeding to the power feeding means 6 is stopped when the storage of the home electric appliance housing shelf 3 in the home electric appliance housing section 2 is sensed by a shelf position sensing means 7 which senses the position of the home electric appliance housing shelf 3.
