Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a home delivery box capable of being operated even in the case of power interruption and including a safety device with a simple structure.
SOLUTION: The home delivery box includes a box main body 1 having size sufficient enough to make it possible to store a package, a door 2 mounted to the box main body 1 in an openable manner and a lock 3 mounted to the door 2 and locking the door 2 after the package is stored. When it is locked, an engaging piece 4 forming a bar insertion groove 4a with an upper opening engaged with a bar 3a of the lock 3 is mounted to the front end of the box main body 1 in a vertically movable manner, at the same time, the engaging piece 4 is always engaged with the bar 3a in a position capable of being engaged. A lever 5 releasing the engagement with the bar 3a after the engaging piece 4 is moved downward in the case of emergency, is provided.
