Abstract:

To properly take health care of a solitary resident while protecting his or her privacy with respect to a home device for processing lifeline signals of the solitary resident which processes lifeline signals outputted from various sensors which detect his or her unconscious movement at home.

Two kinds of digital and analog lifeline signals are inputted by a data collection part 2 to collect unconscious movement data at home of the solitary resident, and it is discriminated whether an initial health abnormality of the solitary resident occurs or not based in this movement data by a data analysis part 3. If it is discriminated that the initial health abnormality occurs, the occurrence of the initial health abnormality of the solitary resident is reported to a prescribed destination of his or her immediate family or the like by an emergency report part 4, and this movement data is transmitted to a medical institution or the like by a data transmission part 6 and is preserved in a floppy disk or the like by an electronic filing part 7.
