To solve the problems that, since nowadays, plastic materials recovered from various used home electric apparatuses contain various kinds of materials, even if they are classified by the material, suppressing of a cost up of the material owing to removing impurities adhered to the waste and controlling for a color tone are difficult, and that almost of the plastic waste is not reused but discarded or spent as a fuel.
Hence a treatment capable of recycling is done while suppressing increasing of the cost of recycled plastics, utilization ratio of the recycled plastics is made higher by using the recycled material as an outside design part used much amount of plastics. For example, only a used fan is fractionally collected, producing recycled plastics and they are used again as a fan. For raising a utilization ratio, the used amount or utilized ratio of the recycled plastics in the total amount of the product is represented on the main product body or its catalog.
