When preparing bread, a process from the mixture of materials for dough to the end of primary fermentation is performed inside the plastic bag at least. After the materials for the dough are measured in the plastic bag, the materials for the dough are mixed. After the end of primary fermentation, the bag is cut out and, on the opened plastic bag, the release of gas from the dough and cutting are successively performed. As the plastic bag, the polyethylene bag is used. Thus, a method for easily preparing bread without using any special tools such as a kneading board or skepper dedicated to bread preparation can be provided, anyone can easily enjoy preparing tasteful bread even at general home and the taste and flavor of juste baked bread can be enjoyed.
