To provide a method producing the manuscript of a home page on an internet easily even without using a personal computer and also to provide a means publishing it on the internet.

The manuscript of the home page is easily produced by regarding a ground paper as the screen of a personal computer and by preparing a title framework and a photography framework of the like (these are tedious works when these are arranged by being produced with a personal computer) on the ground paper while sticking seals and by writing characters or the like on the manuscript directly with handwriting. Moreover, when the manuscript is sent with an enclosed return envelop to a company (for example, an E net) in which equipments and environments needed for a home page publication are prepared, since the company executes works till publishing the manuscript on the internet, anybody can have a home page easily.
