Abstract:
PURPOSE:To stop a device at an effective home position by generating a signal for inching a movable part after the stop of the movable part is detected, and detecting the stop position and stopping the inching. CONSTITUTION:A proximity switch 2 is provided to detect the timing when an upper substrate reaches its top dead point, and a detection pulse is outputted from the switch 2 to an AND circuit 11. Further, the rising of the output pulse of a proximity switch 1 for detecting the operation state of the upper substrate is counted through a motion detector 4 to send a signal which is larger than a threshold value from an AND circuit 9 to an FF10. When a stop button 3 is pressed, a current to a motor is cut off and the stopping of the upper substrate is detected from the time required to generate the pulse of the switch 1. Then, the output of the FF10 is sent to an on-delay timer 19 and a one-shot multivibrator 20 in order to inch the substrate 62. Then, the signals of the circuit 11 and FF10 are sent to the one-short multivibrator 13 in order to stop the inching.
