Abstract:

To provide a method for practically improving homogenization of the molecular weight distribution of a polymer by high-speed injection of its aqueous solution while making the most of an advantage of the method, and to provide an apparatus where the homogenization treatment of molecular weight distribution of a polymer in an aqueous solution is more efficiently and securely conducted in one apparatus than that in conventional apparatus.

This homogenization method for the molecular weight distribution of a polymer by the high-speed injection of an aqueous solution of the polymer from nozzles in a pressurized state, and selectively controlling comprises drawing out a treating solution injected and recovered outside the apparatus and circulating the treating solution to a pressure device to continuously injecting the solution.
