This honeycomb filter has as a constituent element a planar molding obtained by compression-molding an adsorbent together with a binder so that a plurality of long projections can be formed on one side of the planar molding and is obtained by stacking the obtained planar moldings on one another so that a honeycomb flow path can be formed by the long projections.
