Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a honeycomb core panel and a method for manufacturing it without leaving weld trace on a face sheet and without generating waviness of the face sheet due to weld strain by using energy beam when a honeycomb core having flanges and face sheets are to be connected.
CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb panel is constituted of a honeycomb core 2 having flanges 30, 31, face sheets 3, 4, and energy beam EB for superposing and welding the honeycomb core and the face sheets at the flanges.
