PURPOSE: To prevent decoloration, discoloration, a gloss change, softening, warpage or deformation by interposing a reinforcing plate between a honeycomb core and a thermoplastic resin surface plate to bond the same to both of them.
CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin surface plate 2 is integrally bonded to a preparatory panel A wherein a honeycomb core 1 and a reinforcing plate 5 are integrally bonded through the reinforcing plate 5 to produce a honeycomb panel. In this honeycomb panel, a surface plate 2 is bonded to the single surface or both surfaces of the honeycomb core 1 being a core material composed of the planar aggregate of hollow columnar cells 4. The surface plate 2 is made of a thermoplastic resin and nonmetal reinforcing plates 5 bonded to the honeycomb core 1 by an adhesive 7 before the surface plate 2 is bonded to the honeycomb core 1 by an adhesive 8 is interposed between the honeycomb core 1 and the surface plate 2. By this constitution, the honeycomb panel is prevented from warpage and deformation as a whole. As a result, the honeycomb panel is extremely excellent in the evaluation of appearance or the like as a product.
