PURPOSE: To obtain a honeycomb panel improved in strength by installing a reinforcing member at its corner part.
CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb panel 10 consists of two face plates 11, 11, a honeycomb like core member 12, binding members 13, 13 which are arranged along the outer circumference between the two face plates 11, 11, and a reinforcing member 15 arranged at the corner part composed of the mutual binding members 13, 13. The binding member 13 consists of welding pieces 13a, 13b which are in contact with the face plates 11, 11, a joining piece 13c joining the welding piece 13a and 13b, and reinforcing plate supporting parts 13d, 13d projecting to the opposite side (core material side) of the welding pieces 13a, 13b. A step 13e between the upper surface of the supporting part 13d and upper surfaces of the welding pieces 13a, 13b is equal to the thickness of the reinforcing plate 15. The face plate 11 is brazed onto the core material 12, the reinforcing plate 15 segmented from a metal plate and the welding pieces 13a,. 13b. The reinforcing plate 15 is brazed onto the face plate 11 and the supporting part 13d.
