Abstract:
To provide a honeycomb panel forming a gradient or a taper surface on a surface panel without applying cutting to a core.
In a honeycomb panel wherein a core 3 is interposed between a pair of surface panels 1, 2, the core 3 is constituted of an aggregate group of core constitutional elements 7 formed by superposing cylindrical core single elements 5 and conical core single elements 6 one upon another, and the heights of the core constitutional elements 1 are gradually changed, for example, from one end of the panel to the other end thereof and the surface panels 1, 2, the cylindrical core elements 5, and the conical core single elements 6 are integrally bonded by soldering to form a gradient or a taper surface on the surface panels 1, 2.
