Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enhance heat resistance and corrosion resistance by forming a honeycomb core of a heat-resistance metal bonded with a solder material while forming surface plates of a heat-resistant metal bonded with a solder material, and covering at least one of the surface plates with a ceramic flame spray coating film.

CONSTITUTION: A honeycomb core 2 is formed using a thin plate composed of nickel, cobalt, iron, aluminum, titanium and other heat-resistant alloy being a heat-resistant metal as a base material. Then, the thin plates are bonded at predetermined places by brazing, that is, a solder material such as silver or nickel solder. Surface plates 3 are composed of a heat-resistant metal and bonded to both surfaces of the honeycomb core 2. At least one of the surface plates 3 is covered with a ceramic flame spray coating film 4. This ceramic flame spraying film 4 is composed, for example, of silicon carbide, silicon nitride, zirconia or alumina.
