Abstract:
PURPOSE: To expand the application scope of a honing machine by converting a hone guide to guide a hone head, in a common part regardless of the sort of the honing machine.
CONSTITUTION: A hone guide 14 to guide a connecting member 11 within the moving scope of a main shaft 12 having the connecting member 11 to connect and disconnect the shaft of a hone head 10 at the tip is provided, and the hone guide 14 is held to an elevating arm 58 driven up and down by a motor 59 and a ball screw 60. And a drum 70 rotating around a shaft 69 parallel to the main shaft 12 is provided to a slider 67 moving forward and rearward by the operation of a cylinder 71, tool holders 16 to hold plural hone heads 10 of different sorts are provided to the drum 70 in the double form, and one of the tool holders 16 is allocated to the main shaft 12 by the movement of the slider 67 and the rotation of the drum 70.
