Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a hood cloth extending structure for an automobile opening/closing roof wherein a hood cloth ridgeline can be clarified by a very simple structure to make appearance look more attractive.
CONSTITUTION: In an opening/closing roof for an automobile supported by a roof frame 18 of turnably constituting a hood cloth 17 for coating a cabin upper part relating to a car body, in the case of extending the hood cloth 17, a reinforcing cloth arranged on an internal surface of a door opening upper edge part of the hood cloth 17 is extended rearward of a vehicle, and an extended end part 19c is fastened to a rear part cross pipe 26 positioned rearward from a door opening of the roof frame 18.
