To inhibit downward rotation of a hood at a predetermined level or more when the hood is rotated downwardly to close a vehicle body opening, and enable alleviation of impact force applied from the downwardly-rotated hood to an opening edge part of the vehicle body opening by a simple configuration.
A seal body 24 sealing between one end part 17 of the hood 16 and the opening edge part 11 includes: a seal base body 25 mounted to the one end part 17 of the hood 16 or the opening edge part 11; and a seal lip 28 in which a projecting end 27 side from the seal base body 25 opposes to the seal base body 25. An elastic block 30 is integrally protruded on either one opposing face 25a out of opposing faces 25a, 28a of the seal base body 25 and the projecting end 27 side of the seal lip 28. When the downward rotation B of the hood 16 closes the vehicle body opening 6, due to inertial force F generated on the hood 16 side performing the downward rotation B, the other opposing face 28a and the elastic block 30 are elastically brought into pressure contact with each other.
