Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fuel injection device of an internal combustion engine, with which stable ignition and combustion are achieved even when the amount of inactive material is increased, and with which noxious gas is drastically reduced while the combustion efficiency is improved, for a device which primarily aims to reduce pollutant exhaust gas by simultaneously injecting fuel and inactive material.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel route and a water route are provided in a fuel injection valve, and the fuel route for injecting fuel and water directly into a cylinder is bifurcated. One auxiliary fuel route 24 is confluent in an eccentric manner, to the cross section of the other primary fuel route 8 which is at the point of water injection in the fuel injection valve or which is in the downstream from the point of water injection and in the upstream from an oil reservoir part 12.
