To facilitate to put hooks and hook rings onto the cloth effectively using the iron heat press by forming the heat fusion adhesive coat on the reverse of the cloth to put plural hooks and plural hook rings.

Onto a face of a base cloth 11 of a fastening member 1 are put stand plural hooks 12 having hooked edge, while onto a face of a base cloth 21 of a fastened member 2 are put plural hook rings 22. The reverse of the respective base cloth 11, 21 are wholly formed to the heat fusion adhesive coat 3, 4 using a polyurethane film. By this process, heat press using the iron is made easily and rather effectively when putting the fastening member 1 and fastened member 2 onto the cloth.
