Abstract:
To provide a hopper device capable of feeding an unshaped raw material to the next step without generating feed failure such as a bridge, and to provide a control method thereof.SOLUTION: A hopper device according to the present invention includes: a hopper body part comprising a conical taper part which is reduced in diameter as its inner diameter is reduced toward a lower side in a vertical direction and has a drain port formed on a bottom face, and an upper cylindrical part which is provided above the conical taper part; a first stirring mechanism comprising an upper lid part which is arranged so as to cover the upper cylindrical part and is formed with a feed port for feeding an unshaped raw material, a rotational shaft which is provided at the upper lid part and vertically extends downward to an inside of the hopper body part, and a screw which is provided on the rotational shaft; and a second stirring mechanism which is provided on an upper side in the vertical direction than that of the first stirring mechanism and by which the unshaped raw material fed from the feed port in a circumferential direction with the rotational shaft as a center is dispersed and leveled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
