To increase the freedom of installation of a mill, to facilitate the reduction in size and module constitution of a mill device provided with the mill, to smoothly feed an article to be milled to the mill even if the form and a storage amount of the article stored in a hopper are different and the shape and size of a passing hole through which the article are dropped are varied and to shorten the adjustment time required at the time of starting of milling and during milling.
The hopper 36 is superposed on an upper mortar 26 and integrally mounted/fixed thereto and a non-rotation shaft 43 is inserted and erected on a shaft hole penetrating the rotation center position of the upper mortar 26. An upper end of the non-rotation shaft 43 is penetrated through a center hole of a bottom wall of the hopper 36 and is projected. An article-to-be-milled collection arm 51 for collecting the article in the hopper to a discharge port 41 during rotation of the upper mortar 26 is provided on an upper end of the non-rotation shaft 43.
