PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a horizontal blind for suspending-supporting slats of a large number of stages via a ladder cord from a headbox.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind of the present invention comprises a tilt cord 16 suspended from a headbox 1 so as to be capable of an angle adjustment of one or more of slats 4 among slats 4 of a large number of stages, a tilt operation cord 8 suspended from the headbox 1 so as to be capable of operating the angle adjustment and a tilt operation load reduction device 10 for reducing operation force of the tilt operation cord 8 by converting a moving load of the tilt cord 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
