PURPOSE: To improve constructing efficiency, and to attain the shortening of a construction period, the improvement of working suroundings, and the safety of its construction, by arranging electric hoists which are concentrically turned centering around a tower-like structure and lift building materials horizontally and vertically, at the under part of a temporary roof bridged between the outside scaffolds.
CONSTITUTION: According to the progress of construction of a tower-like structure A, an outside scaffolds B and forms H, H' are lifted by a climbing apparatus (b), and a horizontal crane apparatus D is also lifted together with this. A height necessary for lifting loads is secured by the climbing of the horizontal crane apparatus and materials P, such as reinforcing bars are conveyed at a predetermined place by electric hoists 6 on a swing girder 5. Furthermore, the swing girder 5 is guided centering around a swing base (d), by a traveling rail I and is concentrically turned to the structure A, and the materials can be conveyed covering the whole range of constructing of the structure A. A movable inside scaffold B1 provided inside the structure A is also lifted and can be moved at this place.
