Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve conversion efficiency by generating a discharge current flowing through a control circuit during the discharge time of a horizontal scanning output transistor when a driving transistor is in a block state by the primary inductance of a driving transformer. CONSTITUTION: Rectangular vibration waves generated by a frequency oscillator 2 control the driving transistor 1. During a conducting state, for the secondary coil of the driving transformer 5, a polarity is determined so as to make a control current I2 sent into the control circuit 7 by the transformer 5 flow to the control stage of the horizontal scanning output transistor 8 corresponding to the winding ratio of the primary and secondary coils of the transformer 5. An operation current I1 is generated in a collector circuit 3 through the primary winding 4. For the relatively high control current for the control stage of the transistor 8 generated in the circuit 7, electric charge shift generates large electric charge shift at the base/emitter part of the transistor 8 and the electric charge shift corresponds to the discharge of a capacitor and is continued until being diffused.
