Abstract:
To provide a horizontal bag-making filling packaging machine needing less labor of a user, simple and allowing inexpensive cleaning, by exercising ingenuity in software in operation control of a driving source for driving a conveyer.SOLUTION: A conveyor device equipped to a horizontal bag-making filling packaging machine to be cleaned is selected by cleaning operation mode selection means 70. In a cleaning operation mode, a cleaning operation mode control section 63 of a control device 60 operates the conveyor device to be cleaned at a low cleaning speed lower enough than an ordinary packaging operation speed, on the basis of various settings set by cleaning setting means 71, motor load information from a motor load monitoring function 72 equipped to a driving motor for driving the conveyor device, and of an open/close state from a safety cover open/close sensor 73 for the conveyor device having a safety cover. An operator can perform cleaning work safely without manually moving the conveyor device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
