PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of noise, variation noise, etc. of a compressor by partitioning the inside of a discharge silencer into a plurality of spaces by forming throttles in R-figure form and forming an oil drainage hole, thus preventing the generation of vacant resonance generated inside the discharge silener and oil gathering.
CONSTITUTION: A cup-shaped discharge silencer 39 is constituted of a plurality of chambers consisting of the first, second, and the third chambers 36, 37, and 38 by a throttle 39a formd by throttle-working the periphery of a discharge port 15 into R-figure form and a throttle 39b formed at an arbitary position. The shape of the throttle 39a is formed to R-figure form surrounding discharge port 15 and a discharge valve 16, and the oil 20a discharged into the first chamber 36 from the discharge port 15 is easily splashed-up by the discharge gas. An oil drainage hole 39d is formed at the opening position on the second chamber 37 of the discharge silencer 39. Therefore, the vacant resonance generated in the discharge silencer 39 can be prevented, and the noise of the compressor can be reduced, and since the oil inside can be certaining discharged, the generation of rough variation noise can be prevented.
