Abstract:
To prevent the excessive residence of an object to be dried in a rotary cylinder.
In this horizontal rotary drier where an annular support plate for supporting a heating pipe 11 to the inner-periphery surface of the rotary cylinder 10 is embedded and fixed to a middle position in the longitudinal direction in the rotary cylinder 10, passage holes 18a, 18a where the object to be dried passes through along the direction of the axis center of the rotary cylinder 10 is provided at the outer-periphery end part of the annular support plate 18.
