PURPOSE: To improve kneading performance and kneading efficiency of a horizontal two screw kneading machine.
CONSTITUTION: Rotors 1 possessing spiral rotor blades 4 in the same direction are provided respectively in two mixing chambers 7 juxtaposed so that they are communicated with each other at their side parts, the two rotors 1 are made so that they are turned in the opposite directions to each other, the rotor blades 4 each are made into a matter having such a sectional form that a scratching-off angle δ becomes larger than an encroaching-upon angle γ. Therefore, since the rotor blade 4 possesses a sectional form of the blade, delivery of a matter to be kneaded between the two rotors becomes favorable, kneading performance is improved, the matter to be kneaded is given thrust force of an axial direction and circulated within the mixing chamber, through which kneading efficiency becomes favorable.
