To provide a hose packing bag which is free from difficulties in storage or drawing out a hose even though the hose curled in a volute collapses, and to provide a hose carrying cart which is convenient for carrying the hose packing bag.

The hose h curled in a volute is housed in the bag main body a. A port 3 for drawing out the hose is formed at the bag main body a on a position approximately corresponding to the center of the volute, and holding parts 1 are formed at corners of the bag main body a. The cart main body b is equipped with wheels 8 and tables 9, and pins 13 for holding the holding parts 1 of the bag main body a are erected respectively at the tables 9. Then, the bag main body a is attached to the cart main body b with the holding parts 1 thereof held at the pins 13.
