PURPOSE: To carry out the drawing out work of a hose in a short time by converting the drawing-out of the hose from the electromotive work to the manual operation, when a long hose is drawn out from a hose reel.

CONSTITUTION: A motor 14 which can be rotated in the regular direction and the reverse direction is combined to a hose reel 12 to wind a hose 8 on its periphery, and the hose reel 12 is rotated in the direction to wind the hose 8 or in the direction to draw out it. A clutch mechanism 16 is provided between the motor 14 and the hose reel 12, and at least when the hose 8 is drawn out, either the drawing out rotation of the hose reel 12 by the motor 14, or the drawing out rotation of the hose reel 12 by the manual operation is made selective.
