Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a high capacity hose having high pressure resistance, excellent in dimensional stability and stress transmission properties and excellent in bending fatigue resistance even when a strain ratio is high.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing fiber composed of a liquid crystal polymer with strength of 20g/d or greater and Young's modulus of 400g/d or greater is arranged on the inside of a hose and a reinforcing fiber composed of a flexible polymer having strength of 15g/d or greater and Young's modulus of 250g/d or greater and excellent in bending fatigue resistance even when a strain ratio is high is arranged on the outside of the hose and the reinforcing fiber layers are hybridized.
