Abstract:

To make it possible to increase uniformity of a temperature in a molding part and thereby to enable further improvement of the quality and reliability of a molded article.

In a hot-air molding tool 1 for a fibrous cushion body of which a top force 2 and a bottom tool 3 have air-permeable molding parts 2A and 3A and hollow parts 5 and 6 respectively and in which a fibrous raw material constituted of mixed low-melting and high-melting materials is disposed in the bottom tool 2 and the top force 2 and the bottom tool 3 are clamped so that the fibrous raw material can be molded thermally, with hot air passed into the hollow part 5 of the top force 2 from the hollow part 6 of the bottom tool 3 by a heating blower means 14 through a mold part 4 formed in a clamped state, the peripheral part of the top force 2 which forms the molding part 2A thereof is formed to be an air-permeable plate part, while a part 2c other than this part is formed to be an air-intercepting plate part, and the hot air is sent to the hollow part 5 of the top force 2 from the hollow part 6 of the bottom tool 3 through the mold part 4 and the air-permeable peripheral part 2A of the top force 2.
