Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-air storage cabinet in which tableware can efficiently be sterilized/dried by efficiently circulating hot air over an entire storage chamber even in a machine having wide lateral width.
SOLUTION: Inside a box-shaped body 13, a plurality of storage chambers 31 and 35 are formed parallel in a crosswise direction via a path 40 where hot air is circulated. Besides, upper spaces 27a and 27a formed on the upside of said respective storage chambers 31 and 35 for communicating the storage chambers 31 and 35 and the path 40 are respectively arranged with air blowers 15 and 15. Between said adjacent air blowers 15 and 15, a partition 25 is provided for partitioning said upper spaces 27a and 27a in the crosswise direction at least and guiding the hot air blown out of the respective air blowers 15 and 15 to said path 40, and hot air flowing into the path 40 is blown into said storage chambers 31 and 35.
